C2C Recruitment Group Pty Ltd – Umina Beach NSW is hiring a Director / Nominated Supervisor for a fully occupied Early Learning Centre. This leadership role oversees daily operations, staff performance, and family engagement, with a strong emphasis on compliance and quality outcomes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with Exceeding-rated services, and a commitment to continuous development and community ties. Immediate start available in a coastal NSW setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum).
• Experience as Nominated Supervisor / Director.
• Experience leading an Exceeding-rated service.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations.
• Lead and mentor educators to maintain high-quality practices.
• Ensure compliance with Education and Care Regulations and NQS.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the community.
• Drive a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Manage staffing, rostering and centre performance.
• Support curriculum implementation aligned with EYLF.
• Maintain occupancy and high family engagement standards.
