Job summary

C2C Recruitment Group Pty Ltd – Gosford NSW is seeking an experienced, hands-on Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead a well-established, fully occupied centre with an excellent reputation in the community.

This full-time leadership opportunity requires managing centre operations, team leadership, compliance, families, and quality outcomes, with support from an Administration Manager, a 2IC, and the Approved Provider.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum).
• Experience as Nominated Supervisor / Director.
• Experience leading an Exceeding-rated service.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Education & Care Regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Lead and mentor educators to maintain high-quality practices.
• Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Regulations and National Law.
• Maintain and uphold Exceeding NQS standards.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the community.
• Drive a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Manage staffing, rostering, and centre performance.
• Support curriculum implementation aligned with the EYLF.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Maintain occupancy and high family engagement standards.
• Be a visible, approachable, and people-focused leader.
