C2C Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Director / Nominated Supervisor for an Exceeding-rated early learning centre in Umina Beach, NSW. Lead day-to-day operations with a team of educators, ensuring compliance, family engagement, and high-quality outcomes.

A strong leader will drive performance, mentorship, and a positive centre culture. The role offers a competitive package including base salary, 15% super, and potential bonuses, with relocation support for interstate or Sydney-based

Qualifikationen

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (no visa sponsorship available).
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum).
• Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor / Director.
• Experience leading an Exceeding-rated service.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Education & Care Regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training.
• Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Lead and mentor educators to maintain high-quality practices.
• Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Law.
• Maintain and uphold Exceeding NQS standards.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community.
• Drive a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Manage staffing, rostering, and centre performance.
• Support curriculum implementation aligned with the EYLF.
• Ensure compliance with child protection, health, and safety requirements.
• Maintain occupancy and high family engagement standards.
• Be a visible, approachable, and people-focused leader.
