Job summary

IT Alliance seeks a Lead Team Lead Operations Coordinator to support a Federal Government client in Canberra and Adelaide. The role focuses on executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordinating senior leadership schedules to ensure timely delivery of services.

You will analyze incidents, prioritise tasks, and provide remedial recommendations, balancing competing priorities and guiding teams to achieve objectives while aligning with government expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in executive level communication such as reports and briefs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiating with influence.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and team objectives.
• Investigative/analysis skills to assess criticality of service unavailability and provide remediation
• Experience coordinating schedules and communications of senior leaders to optimise time and resources.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated experience of executive level communication, such as reports, briefs.
• Demonstrated high level of stakeholder engagement and negotiating with influence.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and manage team objectives.
• Investigative / analysis skills and ability to determine criticality of non-availability of service, providing recommendations for remedial action.
• Manages and prioritises the schedules and communication of senior managers and leadership teams to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
