Firefly HR is partnering with an established early childhood service in Armidale to recruit an experienced Co-Director. You will lead alongside a seasoned Co-Director and an engaged Owner, guiding the service to continued quality and community impact.

We seek an energetic, proactive leader who can nurture culture, support staff, and drive positive outcomes for children and families. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experienced ECE leader with strong people management.
• Ability to collaborate with a Co-Director and Owner.
• Demonstrated leadership in an early childhood setting.
• Willing to relocate to Armidale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service in partnership with a Co-Director.
• Strengthen culture, maintain quality practice.
• Build relationships with children and families.
• Provide autonomous leadership within a shared model.
