Job summary

Carinya Lodge Homes is seeking a values-driven Co-CEO (Corporate Services) to lead financial management, governance and corporate services within a not-for-profit aged care setting in Victoria, Australia.

You will partner with the Board and a Clinical Co-CEO to drive strategy, culture and stakeholder relationships, while championing flexible, hybrid working arrangements and ensuring high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or Accounting (CA/CPA preferred).
• Significant leadership experience in a regulated service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial management function including monthly accounts, annual budgeting, and regulator reporting.
• Oversee corporate services (HR, Administration, ICT, Maintenance, and Support Services).
• Partner with the Board and Clinical Co-CEO on strategic planning and execution.
• Ensure governance, risk, compliance and safety are maintained to the highest standards.
• Build strong community, industry and stakeholder relationships.

Carinya Lodge Homes is a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care organisation, supporting 60 residential aged care residents and 52 independent living units within a strong, community-focused environment.

The Opportunity

As Co-CEO (Corporate Services), you will report to the Chairperson / President of the board and play a critical leadership role across the organisation, driving performance, sustainability, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the financial management of the organisation, including the production of monthly financial accounts, annual budget cycle, reporting to regulators as well as ensuring effective liquidity and investment management strategies are maintained

Oversee corporate services: HR, Administration, ICT, Maintenance, and Support Services

Partner with the Board and Co-CEO (Clinical) on strategic planning and execution

Ensure excellence in governance, risk, compliance, and safety

Build strong community, industry, and stakeholder relationships

Foster a high-performing workforce culture, capability, and engagement

About You

You are an experienced and values-driven leader who thrives in collaborative environments and is motivated by making a meaningful difference to our residents and their families.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Accounting, or similar. (CA/CPA preferred)

Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience (aged care or other regulated service delivery industry experience preferred)

Strong financial and operational leadership capability

A confident, transparent communicator and relationship builder

Demonstrated commitment to high-quality care and organisational values

Experience managing capital projects (preferred)
