Job summary

Aligned Energy Systems is seeking a Production Operator to join our Wodonga manufacturing team. You will operate CNC press brake and router to fabricate aluminium components, loading materials and ensuring quality to meet production targets.

The role offers training on our equipment and processes, with pathways to grow within fabrication roles in a small, supportive team. It is a full-time, on-site position with potential overtime and a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced production environments.
• Ability to read and follow drawings/measurements.
• Comfort with repetitive production work and meeting targets.
• Physical capability for general workshop duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC press brake equipment.
• Process aluminium components to drawings and job requirements.
• Load and unload aluminium sheets and components.
• Perform repetitive batch production work.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy and quality at pace.
• Inspect finished components for dimensional/visual quality.
• Deburr and prepare aluminium parts.
• Support general workshop and production duties.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow production procedures and safety requirements.
