Job summary

CoreStaff is seeking a production operator for an Australian manufacturer, importer and distributor of modular cabinets, doors, panels and fittings. The role involves operating CNC and press machines, feeding timber panels through production processes, laminating prep, and performing quality checks in a fast-paced production environment.

Day and Arvo shifts are offered Monday to Friday with specific start times.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Confidence working with production machinery.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Reliable attitude and willingness to work as part of a production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and press machinery safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and feed timber panels through production processes.
• Assist with laminating and painting preparation.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
• Carry out general factory and production duties.
