Job summary

Technofast Industries Pty Ltd, Crestmead QLD, is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate, program, and set up CNC mills or lathes with Fanuc controllers. You will join a tight-knit team committed to high workmanship and quality in Australian-made bolting and shaft tensioning equipment.

The role requires CNC manufacturing experience, a strong technical mindset, and the ability to read engineering drawings. A Machinist trade qualification is preferred but not mandatory; forklift license an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC manufacturing with programming and operation.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Machinist trade qualification preferred; unqualified considered.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Good computer skills.
• Forklift license is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate, program and set up CNC mills or lathes with Fanuc controls.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Ensure quality and safety across all work processes.
• Support a 38-hour week, with overtime as workloads require.
