Job summary

Fox Hill Designs is seeking a reliable, practical person for a hands-on workshop role in Goulburn, NSW. Training will be provided for CNC edging and general machine operation. The role includes maintenance, stock management and occasional site visits.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with computers, accurate measuring and following job information. A forklift licence and White Card are preferred but not essential. Fridays are off under a four-day work week.

Qualifications

• Physically active role requiring regular manual handling of sheet materials and cabinet components.
• Proficient with computers to access production files and machine controls.
• Forklift licence and White Card preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and edge bander.
• Occasional operation of the panel saw.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning and basic fault finding.
• Report machine faults and servicing needs.
• Receive and check material deliveries and stock levels.
• Assist with project dispatches and loading/unloading.
