Job summary

Advanced Cosmeceuticals, a leading ANZ cosmeceutical distributor, seeks a Chief Marketing Officer to steer enterprise-wide marketing strategy across brand, digital, customer engagement and communications. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape growth and lead transformative initiatives.

You will drive multi-channel campaigns for professional, distribution and retail partners, build a high-performing team and position ACSG as the preferred growth partner in the cosmeceutical industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in cosmeceuticals or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Proven revenue growth and multi-brand portfolio leadership.
• Experience with AI-enabled marketing and new martech.
• Strong budget management and ROI optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACSG's marketing strategy in line with the three-year growth plan across brand, digital, customer engagement, communications, events and product launches.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth across professional, distribution, retail, e‑commerce and D2C channels.
• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of market-leading brands.
• Lead digital transformation, customer engagement and AI-enabled marketing capability.
• Own marketing investment, performance measurement, forecasting and ROI optimisation.
