Jurlique International Pty. seeks a Counter Manager in Adelaide to build a loyal customer base through personalised consultations and skincare rituals. You will empower customers to awaken their natural glow and drive sales performance with Jurlique products.

The role offers an hourly rate of AUD 31.07 plus superannuation, with opportunities for training and advancement within a premium skincare brand.

Qualifications

• Certified IV in Retail Management or proven Retail background, skincare experience is an advantage.
• A passion to impress our customers with a unique "Jurlique" experience.
• Dedicated to achieving sales targets by understanding customer needs and communicating the correct ritual for their skincare needs.
• Operational mindset and experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
• Be able to learn and maintain a high level of product and ingredient knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Jurlique’s signature customer experience through personalised consultations, skin analysis, treatment planning and confident product recommendations.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, meeting KPIs through link-selling and promotion execution.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and complete required training; ensure team members do the same.
• Lead by example on service, sales behaviours and store standards; coach Beauty Experts to achieve targets.
• Manage core store operations including POS accuracy, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and appointments.
• Uphold safety, grooming and brand standards to ensure a professional, welcoming retail environment.

About the Role:

Our Counter Managersare responsible for building a loyal customer base through providing an enriching and nurturing experience. The right candidate will be proactive in taking initiative and will have a passion for empowering our customers to awaken their natural glow, through our mindful rituals that benefit skin, body and mind.

Hourly Rate: $31.07 + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Jurlique’s signature customer experience through personalised consultations, skin analysis, treatment planning and confident product recommendations.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, meeting KPIs through effective link-selling, cross‑category selling and promotion execution.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and complete required training; ensure team members do the same.
• Lead by example on service, sales behaviours and store standards; coach and support Beauty Experts to achieve targets.
• Manage core store operations including POS accuracy, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, appointment bookings and adherence to operational procedures.
• Uphold safety, grooming and brand standards to ensure a professional, welcoming retail environment.
