Job summary

The Australian Turf Club is seeking a Club Supervisor for Rosehill Bowling Club in Sydney, NSW. You will lead daily operations, balance cash processes, and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while ensuring compliance and safety across the venue.

This hands-on leadership role requires RSA and Advanced RCG qualifications, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage a rotating seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor or team leader experience within a club, hospitality or gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily club operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation and reporting
• Supervise, coach and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service standards
• Ensure RSA, RCG, gaming, club and legislative compliance
• Monitor venue presentation, stock levels, safety and security standards across all areas
• Respond to operational demands and manage staffing resources

LIFE IN THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Club Supervisor to join our team at Rosehill Bowling Club. Reporting to the Club Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring outstanding member and guest experiences while maintaining compliance, safety and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership position that offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to develop your career within a well-established hospitality and entertainment organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead daily club operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation and reporting
• Supervise, coach and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, gaming, club and legislative requirements
• Monitor venue presentation, stock levels, safety and security standards across all areas of the club
• Respond to operational demands and trade levels by effectively managing staffing resources

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

• Previous supervisor or team leader experience within a club, hospitality or gaming environment
• Current RSA and Advanced RCG qualifications
• Strong understanding of gaming, liquor and club industry compliance requirements
• A supportive and motivating leadership style with the ability to develop and inspire teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
