Job summary

One Playground is seeking an exceptional Club Manager to join our growing team. You will lead multi-service gyms, empower staff, and drive member experience across operations, facilities, and coaching teams.

You will manage a large team (2-3 Managers, 35+ Personal Trainers, 30+ Group Instructors) and 5,000+ members, contributing to growth, performance insights, and maintaining a world-class facility while nurturing community and career development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance across multiple departments including Coaching & Group Fitness.
• Review monthly performance data and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead and manage a world-class sales team to achieve targets through Lead Generation, Lead Management, and coaching.
• Set targets for attracting new members.
• Ensure a world-class member experience through efficient account enquiries and debt management.
• Foster growth and development of your team through training and coaching.
• Uphold a world-class facility, ensuring equipment is serviced and maintained.
