Anytime Fitness Chermside is seeking an ambitious Club Manager to lead the team, drive membership growth and take the club to its next level. You will own club performance, lead sales initiatives, and deliver an exceptional member experience with strong leadership support.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proven sales mindset, strong communication, and the ability to mentor a team while delivering results in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales ability with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Leadership experience with coaching or supervising a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret gym metrics.
• Ownership mentality to improve club performance.
• Excellent communication with members, staff and partners.
• High energy, positive attitude and motivational leadership.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Genuine passion for fitness and helping members achieve goals.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, social media and CRM reporting tools.
• Flexible availability including some evenings and Saturdays.

• Drive new membership sales and achieve club targets.
• Improve member retention and reduce cancellations.
• Lead, coach and develop the club team.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to high standard.
• Develop local sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with members and local businesses.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and resolve issues.
• Maintain club cleanliness and presentation.
• Recruit and train team members as required.
• Own club performance and seek improvements.
• Lead by example and foster a high-performance culture.
