Anytime Fitness is seeking a Club Manager in Ipswich, QLD who will shape the gym culture, be the face of the business, and lead the team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will manage member queries, drive growth, ensure safety, and hit KPI targets while promoting a healthy lifestyle. The role offers a dynamic environment with a bonus structure and gym membership.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong people engagement and member interaction.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Proven leadership of a team (2+ years).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Social media proficiency and camera confidence.
• Fitness industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the engaging point of contact for members.
• Timely and professional care of member queries and support.
• Ensure members have a great training experience.
• Grow the members base.
• Enforce club safety, standards and security.
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Handle administration and computer-based tasks.
• Communicate with members by phone, email, SMS, social media.
• Show guests our facilities and highlight benefits.
• Follow club procedures daily.

As the Club Manager you create the culture of the gym. You are one of the faces of the business; a passion to help people is a must! We want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members with your Team.

This is a growth role, for someone to develop with the team and build a career in the fitness industry.

You are also responsible for the success of the business.

Skills Required

• Excellent oral and written communication
• Be naturally great with people, to engage members
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Good natural sales person - Min 2 years experience in a Sales Role required
• Strong Leadership of a team - Min 2 yearsexperience in a leadership role required

• Social media savvy (confident on camera)
• Fitness Industry experience preferred but not required

The Role

• Being the fun, engaging, helpful, and genuine point of contact for our members.

Must Haves:

• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Cert IV in Fitness (not required but strong bonus)

Previous management service experience in retail, speciality services or similar sectors is desirable. Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory. An interest in a healthy lifestyle is important, we don't need you to be an athlete, just be able to promote your values to our members.
