Job summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking a proactive Club Manager for our Glenroy and Broadmeadows clubs to lead an energetic team, grow the member community and drive the club’s success.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, drive membership growth and deliver an outstanding member experience while upholding safety and franchise standards. This on-site role offers leadership development within Australia’s largest gym network.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fitness industry with knowledge of sales, customer service, club operations and member engagement.
• Proven leadership or management experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong sales experience with a track record of achieving targets, driving membership growth and delivering business KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for creating exceptional member experiences.
• A proactive, organised and adaptable approach with the confidence to take ownership, solve problems and drive club performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve individual and club goals.
• Drive membership growth, sales performance and key club KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience and build a strong club community.
• Lead local marketing, social media and community engagement initiatives.
• Oversee club operations, presentation, safety and compliance with franchise and WHS standards.
