PCYC Emerald is seeking a professional Club Manager to lead our Emerald Youth Club operations, drive community engagement, and manage staff and budgets. You will develop operational plans, ensure safety and child protection standards, and promote member growth through local initiatives.

You bring proven leadership in fitness or community settings, strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and commitment to not-for-profit values.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, ideally in a similar operational or community setting.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering on KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement and manage change in a clear, logical manner.
• Previous experience working in the Not-For-Profit Sector is desirable.
• Qualifications in gym and fitness and/or Gymnastics are desirable.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Your NewRole:

As theClub Manager, you will beresponsible for the overall operational, financial, andpeople management of the PCYC Emerald facility.
