Job summary

PCYC Queensland seeks a motivated Membership and Sales Officer for PCYC Cloncurry to ensure members and customers receive excellent service. You will respond to enquiries and contribute to up-selling and cross-selling of PCYC products and services.

You will also prepare POS devices and perform some office administration. We offer not-for-profit benefits, a free gym membership and development opportunities to support your career and community impact.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in customer service or sales.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain).
• Qualification in Fitness, Sport and Recreation or interest in developing in this area.

Responsibilities

• Respond to club enquiries with accurate information and guidance.
• Upsell and cross-sell PCYC products and services.
• Prepare point of sale devices and handle cash transactions.
• Provide light administrative support as needed.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful environment for members.

AboutYou
