Job summary

PCYC Queensland Beenleigh is seeking a motivated Membership and Sales Officer to enhance member experience by delivering excellent customer service and supporting club operations. You will respond to club enquiries, advise on PCYC products and services, and help with up-selling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain).
• Qualification in Fitness, Sport and Recreation or similar, or interest in developing in this area.

Responsibilities

• Respond to club enquiries, provide advice and information, and assist in up-selling and cross-selling of PCYC products and services.
• Prepare point of sale devices including cash registers and electronic swipe devices; perform basic office administration.
• Contribute to a welcoming, supportive atmosphere and positive member experience.
