Job summary

Wests Group Australia is seeking a full-time chef to join its busy kitchen team across multiple outlets and dining options. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality food and supporting the service across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

Trading across Newcastle region venues, you will need to be flexible to work nights and weekends and committed to hygiene and consistent presentation. Trade qualifications (Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery) are desirable.
