Job summary

The Wests Group Australia is seeking a Casual Bistro Server to join our busy Newcastle venues. In this hands-on role you will greet guests, assist with food and beverage service, operate tills, clear tables and uphold high hygiene standards across outlets such as The Bistro, Patisserie, Emporium, and New Beijing.

You will thrive in a fast-paced team environment, bring strong communication and a positive attitude, and be available for split lunch and dinner shifts, including Fridays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or fast-service experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude are required.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Passion for creating great customer experiences.
