Blacktown Workers Club Group Ltd is hiring for hospitality roles in Western Sydney. Enjoy above-award pay with hourly rates from 29.19 AUD, up to 72.98 AUD on public holidays after training. Part-time roles offer real flexibility to fit life, study or a second job.

Birthday leave is paid, and breaks are paid to recognize hospitality's demands. You’ll deliver warm service, take orders, handle tills, prepare food and drinks, and uphold RSA/RCG standards while keeping venues clean and safe.

Qualifications

• RSA & RCG qualifications required or willing to obtain them.
• Experience in hospitality/service is beneficial.
• Reliable, energetic and passionate about guest experiences.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends and late shifts.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to have years of hospitality experience.

You do need the right attitude.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Reliable, energetic and genuinely passionate about hospitality
• Flexible and available across evenings, weekends and late nights
• Available for shifts between 3pm and 4am — highly regarded
• Current RSA & RCG qualified, or willing to obtain them
• Proud of the work they do and committed to delivering great experiences
