Job summary

MTP Services is seeking multiple experienced Systems Analysts to join a major Federal Government digital transformation program, supporting the design and delivery of cloud-based enterprise applications.

Join a concise, multidisciplinary team delivering large-scale digital services that support millions of Australians and businesses. An initial 12-month contract with two 12-month extensions offers genuine long-term engagement in a modern cloud environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst or similar in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Analyse complex business and technical requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct system impact assessments across applications, APIs, integrations, databases and data flows.
Develop current-state and future-state process models, solution designs and business rules.
Define system functionality, interfaces and integration requirements with technical teams.
Support design and delivery of cloud-native applications within enterprise environments.
Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery throughout discovery to implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and align business needs with system capabilities.
Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
