Job summary

Qualifications

1+ years of technical support experience.
Knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP.
Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
1+ years of Linux systems administration and/or development experience.

Responsibilities

Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers.
Interact with engineers and partner with other AWS teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
Leverage extensive Linux and technical experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on service improvements.
Drive service team communication during critical events.
Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.
Work on highly complex problems spanning multiple AWS services.
Mentor new hires and contribute to training and process improvements.
