Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to monitor, scale, and optimize large-scale distributed systems. You will write automation, build self-healing infrastructure, and coordinate with engineering and support teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience with capacity planning, resource optimization, and scaling for large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java) for automation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain health, performance, and reliability of clusters; respond to incidents.
• Upgrade clusters and services using ring-based rollout strategies and patch deployments.
• Build monitoring with SLIs/SLOs, alerting, dashboards for rapid troubleshooting.
• Write Go microservices and automation scripts to reduce toil and enable self-healing.
• Collaborate with product engineering and support to troubleshoot production issues.
• Grow through mentorship and knowledge-sharing on large-scale distributed systems.
