Job summary

nib Group is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer on a 12-month fixed term contract to design, build and evolve secure, scalable cloud environments across AWS, partnering with delivery teams to support continuous delivery and seamless experiences for customers and employees.

You will hands-on with Terraform, AWS CDK, PowerShell, Bash and Python, apply IaC and CI/CD practices, mentor engineers, drive cloud security and cost efficiency, and help set architectural direction for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in designing, building and operating cloud environments on AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on engineering background with modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of cloud solutions, optimise performance and security.
