Job summary

Randstad invites a Platform Engineer to own and evolve the foundational cloud platform powering high-scale, customer-facing products. You will design, stand up, and automate environments, streamline deployments, and raise observability and reliability standards across teams.

You will work in a flexible hybrid setup with a focus on automation, secure CI/CD pipelines, and scalable infrastructure, leveraging Terraform, Ansible and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing and scaling GCP and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Proven track record building secure, automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Infra automation, system integrations, and observability background.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the core cloud engineering foundations used by multiple dev teams.
• Design, stand up, and automate end-to-end environments and deployments.
• Establish high standards for observability, reliability and security.
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex system challenges.
