Job summary

Cloud Raptor is seeking a Senior DevOps & Platform Engineer in Sydney to lead cloud-native platform delivery. You will design and operate secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based platforms supporting multiple engineering teams.

The role emphasizes Terraform, GitOps, IaC, and automation across AWS, Azure and hybrid environments, with a focus on observability, platform reliability, and governance in regulated finance contexts.

Qualifications

• Extensive Kubernetes and cloud-native engineering experience in regulated environments.
• Strong Terraform, IaC and GitOps proficiency with pipeline automation.
• Hands-on experience across AWS, Azure and GCP and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate enterprise CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Develop and run Kubernetes-based platforms for multiple engineering teams.
• Implement GitOps using ArgoCD/FluxCD, Helm and Terraform across multiple clouds.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and platform lifecycle via IaC.
• Support cloud-native delivery across AWS/Azure/hybrid environments.
• Build observability, monitoring, logging, alerts, and dashboards for platform reliability.
• Enhance security, governance, secrets management and incident response.
