AC3 is seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to join our Specialist Services team in Sydney. You will help ensure the stability, security, and performance of customer environments across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms, delivering proactive operational support and incident response to keep critical systems running smoothly.

With a strong background in cloud technologies and hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams, applying best practices,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of cloud experience.
• Preferably Linux engineering background (5+ years).
• Experience with AWS and Azure using ServiceNow; scripting/automation skills are a plus.

• Proactively manage incidents and problems to minimize downtime.
