Job summary

NTP Talent seeks an experienced Cloud & IT Operations Engineer to own and run the organisation's Azure/AWS cloud environments, M365 tenant, and internal IT ops. You will manage cloud infrastructure, identity and access, automation, security, and service desk oversight, driving documentation and self-service improvements.

You bring 3+ years in cloud/DevOps roles, strong Azure experience, scripting skills, and IaC with Bicep or Terraform, plus knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cost management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps or IT operations.
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience across compute, networking, storage and cost management.
• Experience with Entra ID and RBAC, and Microsoft 365 administration is desirable.
• Scripting, IaC (Bicep/Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation and improvement of cloud and internal IT environment.
• Focus on Azure infrastructure, M365, Entra ID, access management and security.
• Develop automation, IAM controls, and cost management in collaboration with teams.
• Oversee internal IT service desk, improve documentation and self-service.
