Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT environments.
• Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Familiar with ITIL-based processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Azure, M365 and hybrid infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, app and integration issues.
• Monitor performance, security and availability; improve where possible.
• Contribute to automation and ongoing service improvements.
• Support release management and DR testing.
