Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join a rapidly growing IT services company on a 3-month contract. You will produce brochures and high-quality software documentation, translating complex content for business audiences and shaping information architecture to help customers understand cloud offerings.

Based in Sydney or Canberra, you will report to the scrum master/project manager.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Excellent written skills in English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create brochures and engaging content explaining product differentiators.
• Produce high-quality documentation meeting standards for target audiences.
• Complete Operations and R&D documentation.
• Translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Develop and maintain information architecture to improve customer understanding of products and systems.
