• Experience using automation to improve processes.
• Strong project skills with scope, schedule and budget.
• Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Exchange are essential.
• Additional certs (AWS, networks, security) are a plus.
