Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer in Australia to join the AWS Support team. You will act as a Cloud Ambassador across AWS products and help customers optimize their cloud deployments.

You will diagnose and resolve complex database and infrastructure issues, collaborate with global engineers, and contribute to customer success through documentation, tutorials, and proactive feedback.

Formación

• Administration experience with at least one of SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, or Aurora.
• Experience in Linux/Windows Server administration.
• Networking troubleshooting knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer-focused support for AWS databases and related services.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across OS, network, and application layers.
• Collaborate with global engineers to reproduce and resolve problems.
• Create tutorials and write-ups for developers and internal teams.
• Participate in training and mentoring new hires.
