Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering or analytics in a complex environment.
• Build and support data pipelines for reporting, analytics or operational use.
• Work confidently with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or similar.
• Use SQL and Python or Spark to deliver reliable, production-ready data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable data pipelines that enable trusted reporting, analytics, operational and AI-enabled outcomes.
• Develop reusable data assets that improve consistency, reduce duplication and accelerate delivery across TAL.
• Modernise legacy data processes into secure, scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Embed quality, lineage and governance controls to strengthen trust, transparency, and data risk management.
• Optimise data workflows for performance, reliability, cost efficiency and operational resilience.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver practical, reusable solutions that meet business and customer needs.
