Job summary

CyberCX in Canberra is seeking a Cloud Analyst to join our cloud services team. You will provide L1/L2 help desk support for End User Computing and Azure, manage incidents, and optimize cloud resources while upholding security and SLAs.

You will monitor environments, collaborate with customers to tailor cloud solutions, and participate in on-call rotations. This role offers growth in a leading cyber security services provider and exposure to cutting-edge cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certification in, or proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, provisioning, managing, and optimizing cloud resources.
  • At least 1 year experience delivering help desk within a Managed Services framework, including incident management and SLAs.
  • Understanding of cloud security principles (IAM, encryption, firewalls) for multi-cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Desktop environments (VDI) and technologies such as Citrix, Windows, Office 365, AD/Entra.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 help desk and support for End User Computing and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage Level 1 and Level 2 support, incident resolution, and service requests.
  • Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and availability; apply security best practices.

Day to day you will:

  • Participate in working as part of an on‑call roster in accordance with CyberCX’s Payroll and Overtime policies

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.
