Job summary

You will establish governance structures, plans and resources to ensure timely, compliant delivery across concurrent activities, collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires postgraduate qualifications in public health or related fields, strong PM experience, and proven leadership with excellent communication

Qualifications

• Proven high-level project management expertise across complex trials.
• Strong leadership with team management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing scope, time, cost, quality, risk and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of complex clinical trials, including planning and ethics submissions.
• Manage trial budgets, monitor expenditure, and address risks with investigators.
• Ensure trials comply with protocols, ICH-GCP, and governance requirements; monitor safety.
• Oversee participant recruitment strategies and visit processes to meet targets.
• Manage trial data integrity and reporting, liaising with Clinical Research Associates.
• Oversee governance and use of linked health datasets for high-quality research.
