Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research is seeking aRecruitment Associate to support patient enrollment for clinical trials in Melbourne. The role involves sourcing subjects, conducting pre-screen conversations, and maintaining accurate participant information within the site database.

You will build rapport with prospective participants, ensure compliant handling of sensitive data, and coordinate screening visits while supporting the study team.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or technical degree.
• Experience in clinical research or patient recruitment is a plus.
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit subjects for studies through databases, outreach, and referrals.
• Conduct pre-screen conversations using sponsor questionnaires to assess eligibility.
• Develop rapport and provide excellent customer service to prospective participants.
• Schedule on-site screening visits and manage participant data in the database.
• Maintain site logs and ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Attend community events to promote Velocity Clinical Research and recruit volunteers.
