Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality clinical research at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The role is entry‑level Health Manager Level 1, focusing on data management, regulatory compliance and participant safety to ensure trials run smoothly.

You will report to the Clinical Trials Director and contribute to local, national and international research initiatives in a dynamic, supportive environment in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating clinical trials or health research.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong focus on participant safety and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and conduct of clinical trials.
• Manage trial data and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements for drug and device trials.
• Ensure the safety and protection of trial participants.
• Maintain the integrity and quality of trial data.
