Johnson & Johnson in Melbourne is seeking a Clinical Lead for Joint Reconstruction. The role combines team leadership, advanced clinical expertise, and strategic resource management to support surgeons and healthcare systems.

You will drive clinical excellence, coordinate case coverage across Melbourne, and foster collaboration with commercial and medical teams, leveraging VELYSTM robotics to deliver outcomes.

The Opportunity

Clinical leadership opportunity available in Melbourne! This role combines team leadership, clinical expertise, customer management, operational coordination and partnership with the Regional Sales Manager to support the performance and capability of the Joint Reconstruction Clinical Team in VIC. Key responsibilities include:Leading, coaching and developing the VIC Joint Reconstruction Clinical team, building capability, accountability, high performance, and effective collaborationEnsuring strong clinical support and case coverage across VIC by optimising resources, developing talent, and addressing team capability needsMaintaining advanced clinical expertise in Hip & Knee Reconstruction, including complex revision procedures and VELYSTM robotic technologyPartnering with key surgeons, customers, and the Regional Sales Manager to align clinical resources, drive customer priorities, and support business executionOverseeing clinical operations, team performance, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance clinical education, technology adoption and long‑term talent development

About You

• **Minimum 5 years’ clinical expertise in Joint Reconstruction, including Primary and Revision Hip & Knee procedures, and proficiency in VELYSTM Robotic‑Assisted Solution will be highly regarded**
• **Proven ability to provide advanced clinical support for complex orthopaedic cases while driving best‑practice outcomes**
• **Strong people leadership capability, with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high‑performing clinical teams**
• **Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, building trusted partnerships with surgeons and healthcare professionals**
