Job summary

Mosh is seeking a Clinical Talent Partner to join our Australian team for a fixed term. You will own clinical hiring from briefing through to offer, build pipelines, and partner with clinical managers to reflect regulatory needs. The role supports onboarding with our People team and promotes an inclusive, diverse hiring process.

You will contribute to building our employer brand while delivering a standout candidate experience across Australia.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical or allied health hiring (agency or in-house).
• Working knowledge of clinical registration and compliance requirements, or the aptitude to learn quickly.
• Comfort juggling a high volume of candidates and requisitions with a sharp eye for detail.
• Understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building.
• Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics.

What you’ll do

Experience you’ll bring

Our ideal candidate will have:
