Mosh & Moshy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Services team on a full-time, remote basis across Australia. You will support patients through their digital treatment journeys, review enquiries, and provide compassionate clinical education via telehealth channels.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted AHPRA certificate, has 3–5 years of RN experience, and thrives with digital health platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support patients through their treatment journey in digital pathways.
• Review patient information and clinical enquiries within nursing scope.
• Provide clinical education, advice and telephone support.
• Assess symptoms, triage concerns and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with medical practitioners and allied health staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation across digital systems.
• Provide feedback to improve systems and patient experience.

Through discreet, telehealth-first programs spanning hair loss, sexual health, skincare, mental health and weight management, we support thousands of patients navigating their health journey in a modern way. Our Clinical Services team sits at the heart of that mission - delivering safe, high-quality care through structured digital pathways. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experiencedRegistered Nurse to join us full-time in a remote capacity.

What you'll do

• Support new and existing patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Review patient information, including questionnaires and clinical enquiries, within your nursing scope and established clinical pathways.
• Respond to patient messages and provide clinical education, advice and telephone support.
• Assess symptoms, triage concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and other team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation across our digital systems.
• Share feedback to improve our systems, processes and patient experience.

Experience you'll bring

We're looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Registered Nurse who enjoys supporting patients through digital healthcare. You'll bring sound clinical judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while staying connected with our remote clinical team. • Current practising certificate without restrictions from AHPRA
• A minimum of 3-5years' experience as a Registered Nurse
• Previous clinical experience in telehealth or digital health
• Strong technological skills, with confidence navigating multiple digital platforms and learning new systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, compassionate care remotely
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritisation and escalation skills
• The ability to review patient information, manage clinical enquiries and support safe, timely care within established digital pathways
• Availability for shift work, including weekends
• Highly regarded: An Emergency Department (ED) background and/or experience in men's health, hair loss, dermatology, weight management, sexual health or mental health. Familiarity with asynchronous models of care. Working with Mosh & Moshy
