Job summary

Mosh is seeking a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead clinical hiring on a fixed-term basis. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and onboarding nurses and doctors, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the Mosh brand.

You’ll partner with clinical hiring managers, design proactive sourcing strategies and ensure job specs meet regulatory needs. A focus on DEI and employer branding is essential in this hybrid Australia-wide role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical or allied health hiring (agency or in-house).
• Working knowledge of clinical registration and compliance requirements, or the aptitude and appetite to learn quickly.
• Comfort juggling a high volume of candidates and requisitions, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building.
• Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics.

Experience you’ll bring
