LifeHealthcare is seeking a driven Territory Manager to join our Queensland Spine team, collaborating with leading orthopaedic and neurosurgeons to support complex procedures in theatre. You will drive sales growth for a market-leading spine portfolio and build trusted relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.

This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and opportunities to provide clinical support across the EBOS MedTech portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years medical device sales experience, ideally in implants or spine.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Commercially driven, self-motivated, and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth with a market-leading spine portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and key hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical and technical support in the operating theatre.
• Execute territory plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and case coverage.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years medical device sales experience, ideally in implants or spine

• Clinical background in Science, Nursing, Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Queensland
