Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, seeks a Senior AHPRA Registered Nurse - Operations Manager for Sydney. You will lead the Australian Medical Support team, champion patient‑centered care, and drive scalable processes.

You’ll collaborate with Clinical Operations and Manila teams, using automation and AI to deliver efficient, safe patient outcomes at scale. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure high standards, and guide systemic improvements while maintaining strong communication with patients

Formación

• 4+ years in a clinical, patient-facing role or in operations.
• Experience leading and managing a clinical/operations team, including performance management and professional development.
• Strong communication with empathy, clarity, and confidence with patients, teammates, and stakeholders.
• Strong clinical judgement and comfort as final escalation point for complex cases.
• Natural problem-solver focused on systemic improvements beyond case-by-case fixes.
• Interest in technology, healthcare, and patient outcomes; openness to AI-enabled care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our Sydney-based Medical Support team and set clinical standards with the Clinical Operations Lead.

• Build scalable workflows, playbooks, and training for consistent, high-quality support.
• Leverage data and insights to forecast demand, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex patient enquiries, coordinating with offshore teams.

About the role

You’ll sit at the intersection of clinical excellence and patient experience — a truly unique leadership role in digital healthcare.

As the leader of our Australian Medical Support team, you’ll be the champion of the patient relationship: cultivating the link between our patients and the business, challenging the status quo, and ensuring every interaction delivers real value. You’ll drive operational efficiency across quality, reliability, and patient satisfaction — while working in close alignment with our Manila teams and leveraging automation and AI to deliver safe, fast, and meaningful patient outcomes at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and develop a world-class patient care team. You’ll lead our Sydney-based Medical Support team, setting the bar for clinical standards in collaboration with our Clinical Operations Lead and creating an environment where your team can do their best work.
• Champion a patient‑first approach. Embed empathy into every decision by deeply understanding patient needs — ensuring every improvement to our patient journey makes patients feel safe, informed, and supported.
• Build scalable systems and processes. Design and implement workflows, playbooks, and training that enable consistent, high‑quality support across all clinics and geographies.
• Leverage data and insights. Use analytics to forecast demand, track performance, identify root causes, and drive proactive improvements across the patient journey.
• Be the ultimate escalation point. For complex patient enquiries across our Sydney HQ and offshore support teams, you’ll be the senior decision‑maker — solving, escalating to Clinical Operations where needed, and working cross‑functionally with clinical, operations, and product teams to identify risks and drive process improvements.

About you

• You are a registered nurse (AHPRA) with 4+ years experience in a clinical, patient-facing role or in operations
• You have proven experience leading and managing a clinical/operations team, including performance management and professional development
• You’re a skilled communicator who can navigate sensitive clinical and non‑clinical conversations with empathy, clarity, and confidence - whether with a patient, a team member, or a cross‑functional stakeholder
• You have strong clinical judgement and are comfortable being the final escalation point for complex or high‑risk cases
• You’re a natural problem‑solver who looks for systemic improvements, not just case‑by‑case fixes
• You’re excited about the intersection of technology, healthcare, and patient outcomes AND want to help us shape what best‑in‑class digital care looks like
• You’re comfortable speaking in public: contributing to content, speaking at events, and representing EUC’s clinical philosophy externally
• You embrace change, thrive in ambiguous environment, and are motivated primarily by the positive impact new solutions can have on patients

Nice to have

• Experience in or curiosity about telehealth environments and GLP-1 treatments.
• Familiarity with offshore or distributed team operations.
