As the Clinical Supervisor you will report to the Oral Health Manager and play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality and patient‑centred care across the Oral Health Services.

Your main responsibility will be to provide clinical oversight and guidance to dental students and on‑duty clinicians, ensuring best‑practice standards in all aspects of dental care. You will demonstrate procedures, supervise student treatments, and foster professional growth through mentorship, feedback and daily support.

You will also conduct client follow‑up and quality assurance activities, including clinical audits, peer reviews and treatment plan evaluations. When complex or high‑risk cases arise, you will ensure timely management, documentation and escalation to the Oral Health Manager.
