Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking a General Practitioner (GP) to join our clinic network in Glen Waverley, VIC. The role offers on-site Nursing & Allied Health support and a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality care to the community.

We provide opportunities to develop your own area of special interest, with a strong emphasis on integrated healthcare and preventative services within a community-focused setting.

Formación

• Full registration with AHPRA is required.
• VR or equivalent registration is acceptable.
• Medical Indemnity Insurance is required.
• Working with Children Check is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive GP services including chronic disease management, health assessments, immunisations, women’s health and general health concerns.
• Collaborate with Nursing & Allied Health on-site to deliver integrated care.
• Develop your own area of special interest if desired.

At Latrobe Community Health Service, we aim to prevent health problems through information and awareness, and to intervene sooner throughthe delivery of truly integrated healthcare.

Our origins are in Gippsland regional Victoria, but we have grown rapidly in recent years. Our services include general practice (GP); nursing; allied health; dental; counselling and psychology; gambling support; alcohol and drug treatment; migrant and refugee settlement services; social connection; carer support services and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in partnership with the NDIA.

We can provide the opportunity for a rewarding General Practitioner job with the back-up of Nursing & Allied Health on site that can deliver quality healthcare to the Community.

About our Clinics

Our clinic is supported by our GP Practice Manager along with dedicated Nurses and Senior Admin staff. We provide a full range of GP services including but not limited to chronic disease management, health assessments, immunisations, women’s health and general health concerns. There would be opportunity to develop your own area of special interest should you desire.

We use Best Practice and Cubiko. For online bookings we use Hotdoc.
