Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Adelaide is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Orthopaedics across the Hip & Knee portfolios. This 18-month fixed-term, full-time role reports to the Clinical Team Leader and focuses on in-theatre case support, training hospital staff, and driving clinical excellence.

You will travel to hospitals within Adelaide Metro and occasionally regional SA, hold a health-related degree, and bring strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships with

Qualifications

Tertiary health-related degree required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure in an operating theatre environment.

Responsibilities

Providing in-theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons and delivering in-servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff.
Building strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff and optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team.
Collaborating with Sales teams to drive product adoption and supporting product rollouts, demos, and evaluations.
Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience.
