Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes orthopaedics team in Perth is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support surgical procedures across Hip & Knee portfolios. You will work with Orthopaedic Surgeons, theatre staff and the Sales Team to drive product adoption and deliver high-quality clinical service.

The role requires a health-related qualification, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel across Perth Metro hospitals. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills.
• Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused.
• Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic etc.).

Responsibilities

• Providing in-theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons and delivering in-servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff.
• Building strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff members and optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team.
• Collaborating with Sales teams to drive product adoption and supporting product rollouts, demo, and evaluations.
• Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
